About
Dibia DREAM is a nonprofit organization sparking social change through STEM education and recreational activities for underserved and under-resourced youth. We bridge the gaps in education.
At Dibia DREAM, we believe in the power of dreams and the unlimited potential of our youth. Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation through accessible, hands-on programs and resources, creating opportunities where none existed.
In 2014, we set out to provide a safe place for youth in underserved communities — after school, on weekends, and during the summer. We wanted to create a nurturing environment that would foster curiosity, ignite passion, and provide mentorship.

Through our five-pillar program, we use education and sports as an instrument to teach life skills, promote active participation, and expose youth to diverse opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math. We’re passionate about building character and providing opportunities for hands-on learning, giving young people the tools they need to succeed in life.

Since Dibia DREAM was founded in 2014, we’ve been chasing one ambitious goal: bringing quality STEM education to children worldwide. And while there are still 244 million children out of school worldwide, we’re optimistic. We know how to solve the problem, and we make progress every day thanks to the help of corporate and community partners and generous supporters. Together, we can make a difference, one DREAM at a time.
